April 2022: QGBI AGM & Conference 2022, Suffolk.​
"Treasures of the the Earth - Amber Coast"(left)
Ecoprinted, block printed and commercial fabrics, free machine quilted in a 'tree bark design'. Representing the Amber Coastline which runs between Southwold and Felixstowe. Entry: QGBI Regional Challenge 2022.

"Gems from Beyond - Great Barrier Reef" (right)
The background is pieced from commercial and hand-dyed/printed fabric. The reef fish is pieced using improv techniques and skinny strips. The piece was then block printed and free machine embroidered/quilted. Facings finish the piece. Winner: QGBI Sue Ridgwell Trophy 2022.

 August 2021: The Material Girls
​"The Secret Garden"
My inspiration fo this body of work was trees. Techniques include patchwork and quilting, collage and slow stitching, eco printing, bookbinding and mixed media printing. Commercial, vintage, recycled and hand dyed/printed fabrics were used,

Two cushions,  designs inspired by Victor Vasarely's 'Belle Isle' pieces, many of which featured pebbles.
​Commercial cotton/linen fabrics, free form cutting, machine pieced, machine quilted, ‘modern’ in style.
